We have been approved to start our season: July 13 - Sept 3.
U12 and up will begin July 13. They will be beginning in Phase 1 of Return to Play. This will strictly be technical training under physical distancing. Phase 2 will allow for in house scrimmaging.
U10 will begin when we are allowed to move to Phase 2. We do not know when that will be.
U10: Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 pm
U12: Monday, Wednesday 6:00 pm
U14, U14+: Monday, Wednesday 6:30 pm
Length will initially be for an hour. If players are enjoying themselves and in agreement, sessions may be increased.
$90 based on a July 13 start date.
If you have already paid, you do not need to register again. You will be refunded at the end of the season on a pro-rated basis based on the time your child started to the end of the season (September 3).
If you have not paid, including those who filled out the wait list registration or were previously registered for U13+ but were refunded, you will need to register. In order to reduce the fee to $90, please use the following code: PlayOn.
This registration form was developed pre-COVID, therefore, the waivers do not include important information that must be addressed under current circumstances. All participants, including coaches, must also submit the appropriate supplemental waiver found on the registration page in order to participate.
If these waivers are not received, participants will not be allowed on the pitch.
Due to ratios of coaches to players, we cannot take late registrations this year. We apologize for this inconvenience.
If your child is currently registered and you are not interested in continuing on, you must communicate directly to Cheryl Smith that you would like a refund before registration closes July 11. Otherwise, we will assume your child will be participating and we will plan accordingly. Cheryl is the single point of contact for refunds. firstname.lastname@example.org
We will provide a full refund only until the start of the second training session. There will be no refunds after that.
Due to lower registration numbers, teams will be mixed gender.
Parents will be required to attend a meeting (virtual or by means of physical distancing) with coaches prior to the first session to understand expectations of hygiene, distancing, sanitation, and other guidelines. These guidelines will also be posted on our website for your reference.
If possible, players are encouraged to bring their own soccer ball marked with their name. If they do not have one, balls will be provided as always.
The Deep River and Area Minor Soccer Club (DRAMSC) is a club promoting the beautiful game of soccer for children in the age from 5 to 19 years living in Deep River, Laurentian Hills, and Head, Clara, and Maria. Our main goal is to develop the character of young people as resourceful and responsible members of their community by providing opportunities, through the game of soccer, for their mental, physical, social and leadership development.

If you did not register in 2019, you will need to create a user account. This account will be needed to keep you up to date with communications and registration. The account you create on the website is a family account. The 'member' should be a parent. The children will be added when a registration is submitted in their name. Multiple email addresses can be added to the account.

This decision is made at the league level at 4:00 pm based on Environment Canada's projected humidex for 7:00 pm in Pembroke. Martin Smith and Cheryl Smith will be notified by VUSL in the case of a high humidex cancellation and the coaches will be contacted who will then contact their teams.
